Coffee and drinks are included in your day rate, along with the agreed spaces, equipment, personal support and catering. Before you book, you know what is included, how many participants will be charged for and your fixed total price.
- Exclusive use of the agreed seminar spaces, terrace and garden.
- Preparation according to your agreed setup and personal support from your host.
- Equipment and facilitation materials listed in the equipment overview.
- Lunch, agreed break refreshments, snacks and drinks during your stay.
- On request: direct coordination with your trainer and a photo PDF of the work surfaces you approve.
Half day
€65per person, excluding VAT
09:00–13:00 or 14:00–18:00
Lunch, agreed refreshments and the services listed above. We arrange the mealtime to fit your morning or afternoon.
Participant numbers and cancellation
Please give us the exact participant count no later than seven working days before the event. We discuss any later changes personally. Cancellation is free more than 30 days before the event. From 4 to 30 days before the event, we charge 25% of the meeting package price. At 3 days or less before the event, we charge 50%.
Vegan catering
Vegan catering costs an additional €10 excluding VAT per person choosing vegan catering per day. We agree it with you in advance.
For your internal approval
You receive the agreed services, conditions and total price in writing. Your invoice uses the agreed service descriptions and total price. Included on-site services are not broken down into consumption quantities and individual prices. If your organisation has particular booking or invoicing requirements, we discuss them with you and confirm any agreed adjustments in writing. Payment arrangements are discussed personally.
What we agree in writing
Planning several days? We will discuss the arrangements for your stay with you personally. Date and duration, the participant count being charged for, use of the spaces and seating arrangements, required equipment, food and refreshments, additional services, total price and applicable conditions. You receive the binding confirmation by email, with the confirmed services and conditions as a PDF.
If you have even more in mind
These extras are not included in the day rate. We agree the scope, availability and price with you in advance. They are charged separately.
Dinner
If you would like to spend more time together after the working day, we can arrange dinner here.
BBQ
Enjoy a barbecue together to round off the day. We agree the arrangements and menu with you.
Cooking together
Cook together as an addition to your event. We discuss the format, duration and arrangements with you personally.
EV charging
If you would like to charge your vehicle during your stay, please contact us beforehand. Charging electricity is billed separately as agreed.
External activities
Canoeing, forest bathing, gin tasting, archery or skittles. Matched to the season, availability and your schedule.
