Team meetings and workshops · Seminar venue in Garstedt · South of Hamburg

The place for your team meeting where you become guests yourselves.

Just for your team

Here you gather around one table for your annual planning, a new concept or questions about team dynamics. We prepare the rooms, cook fresh food and look after your stay. That leaves your time for what you want to move forward together. You are also the only group on site, with the meeting rooms, terrace and garden entirely to yourselves.

Your team meeting at Fachwerk63

You bring the topics. We prepare the day.

Spaces, working materials, equipment and catering are all part of your stay. You lead your meeting or training session. We prepare for your requirements and look after you while you are here.

At your pace.

We adapt breaks, meals and everything else to your working sessions.

And personally hosted.

You plan your stay with Anke. She prepares the spaces, cooks and is there for you during your meeting.

Planning for HR & trainers

How we coordinate the space, materials and schedule before you arrive.

Planning together
Direct contact with your trainer
On request, we discuss room setup, materials and equipment with them. Any changes to the budget or what the booking includes are still agreed with you as the person making the booking.
One agreed plan
We call before the event and confirm the room setup, final participant count, equipment, food and schedule in a shared email. If numbers are initially uncertain, we agree a provisional range and possible layouts.
Time to set up
By arrangement, you can arrive early, check the rooms and equipment yourself and add your own materials. Setting up the day before depends on availability. We agree access and room use with you.
Bringing or sending materials
You can bring training materials or send them ahead by prior arrangement. On arrival, we help you carry them in and, if needed, meet you at your vehicle with an umbrella.
Overnight accommodation for your trainer
One room with a separate shower is available for a trainer. We agree availability and cost with you in advance.
Materials ready to use
Cards in different colours, shapes and sizes, Neuland markers, glue and scissors, flipcharts and MAUL facilitation boards and pinboards are included. We check the markers before your visit. A printer is available for last-minute handouts.
Talk through your equipment needs
We discuss the devices, connections and Wi-Fi requirements beforehand. You can send presentations and files ahead by arrangement. During the agreed training hours, we are your direct contacts for help.
If something goes wrong
We agree a fallback for technical problems and keep suitable spare cables, adapters and agreed replacement equipment ready. Depending on what is needed, paper, printouts or another display can help you continue.
