Our offer is especially well suited to teams of up to 16. Larger groups are welcome too: the Main Meeting Room seats up to 16 people at tables, 20 in a circle of chairs or 40 in theatre-style seating. The right arrangement depends on how you want to work. The Conference Room and Atelier provide options for smaller groups. Tell us your approximate group size and plans. Smaller groups are welcome to enquire too.

Yes, lunch is included in the €65 per person, excluding VAT. Choose the morning from 09:00–13:00 or the afternoon from 14:00–18:00. We arrange a suitable mealtime with you. Spaces, equipment, personal support and agreed refreshments are included too. Vegan catering costs an additional €10 excluding VAT per vegan guest per day, agreed in advance.

Dinner, a BBQ and team cooking can be arranged as extras and are charged separately. The same applies to electricity for EV charging. Accommodation elsewhere, travel and activities outside the venue are not included in the package. Vegan catering carries an agreed supplement of €10 excluding VAT per person eating vegan per day. We will agree the scope and all additional costs with you before you book.

Yes. Your manager or trainer leads the content. On request, we discuss the setup, materials and equipment directly with your trainer. Any changes to the budget or what the booking includes are agreed with the person making the booking. You can arrange to arrive early to check the space and equipment yourself.

Give us the brief signal we have agreed beforehand. We can then move the break within the flexibility discussed. How much it can move depends on your chosen dishes and their preparation. We clarify this before the event so you know what can change.

If you would like to work outdoors, we include a suitable indoor alternative in the plan. We agree beforehand when to move inside in poor weather and how the indoor setup should look.

We cook fresh food in our own kitchen. Lunch is a varied vegetarian buffet. Vegan catering costs an additional €10 excluding VAT per person eating vegan per day. We cannot accommodate food intolerances when preparing meals. Bringing your own food is possible in exceptional cases by arrangement.

The ground floor and garden have barrier-free access. The toilets are not fully accessible, and the Atelier is upstairs. Please discuss your specific requirements with us before visiting. Together, we will assess suitable spaces and possible alternatives.

You can stay with accommodation providers nearby. Fachwerk63 has one room with a separate shower for a trainer. We help you find suitable places and discuss available rooms, breakfast, any transfers you need and the additional costs. For meetings lasting several days, your agreed setup in the seminar area stays in place overnight.

Please confirm the exact number of participants no later than seven working days before the event. We discuss later changes with you personally. Cancellation is free more than 30 days before the event. From 4 to 30 days before the event, we charge 25% of the meeting package price. At 3 days or less before the event, we charge 50%. We record the agreed services and terms with your offer.
